DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement or full refund — your choice.

RETURN SHIPPING
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

REFUND PROCESS
