WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Free Standard Shipping (USA): 7–15 Business Days
Note: Delivery times are estimates. Most orders arrive within this window, but occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email within 1–3 business days after shipment. You can use this number to track your package at any time. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
SHIPPING DELAYS
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
1. Check with neighbors or building management
2. Check all entry points of your home
3. Wait 2 additional business days
4. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
We will provide a replacement or full refund if the package is confirmed lost.
